A few train enthusiasts in the Kenosha, WI area formed the club in 2001. Today our members reside in Southeast Wisconsin and are looking forward to grow the organization into the premier model railroad train club in the Southeastern Wisconsin area.
One of the best ways to learn about large scale outdoor garden railroading is by sharing experiences and knowledge with other enthusiasts. The Kenosha Garden Railroad Society is a group of friendly people dedicated to the passion of garden railroading.
Even though our organization is exclusive to garden railroading, many of our individual members model other scales including HO and O scale. They share their experiences and knowledge they gained from other scale model trains and contribute to the success of our organization.
Whether you are curious about model railroading or a seasoned hobbyist, you and your family are invited to join in the fun of large scale model garden railroading. Become part of our group and please consider joining our organization.
Our organization operates under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Yearly membership totals $20 per family. Payment is tax-deductible to the extent provided by law.
Dues will be due at the first meeting you attend!!!!
